DITF 2025 celebrates the transformative power of diversity in driving innovation, leadership, and global success. It showcases how diverse women entrepreneurs, with their unique perspectives and resilience, are breaking barriers, shaping industries, and making a lasting impact on both local and global scales. 

The theme for 2025 is “Diversity in Action: Innovating, Leading, and Thriving Glocally.” This theme emphasises how diversity drives innovation and leadership, empowering migrant entrepreneurs to leverage their unique perspectives, foster inclusivity, and create meaningful change. Through dynamic sessions and networking opportunities, we aim to build a thriving ecosystem with both local and global (glocal) impact. 

While the DITF 2025 on the 20th of March 2025 celebrates migrant women's entrepreneurship, the event is open to everyone from all genders, ages, professional fields, cultural backgrounds, and socio-economic backgrounds.
